The fixing list started out as a way of providing work to a pool of singers (friends and colleagues) with the minimum burden on administration, fixing for bookings via a group mailing-list method. ChoirFixer is now a Musicians Union Approved Contractor and aims to support all musicians it works with through fair pay and safe working environments, which includes data protection.
